DISCUSSION:
This proclamation was requested by the City Manager’s office and will replace the proclamation read at the March 19, 2026 City Council meeting related to the March 31, 2026 State holiday.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
