DISCUSSION:
This proclamation was requested by the Queen of the Valley’s Heart Safe Program. Terri Smith, Administrative Assistant of the Heart Safe Community Outreach Program Development, will be attending and accepting the proclamation.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
