DISCUSSION:
This is the second reading and final adoption of an ordinance amending Napa Municipal Code Section 5.04.210 related to Business License Application Procedures.
The introduction and first reading of the ordinance was held at the Regular City Council meeting on February 3, 2026. If approved the ordinance will become effective thirty days following adoption.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
The proposed amendment is administrative in nature and does not establish, increase or modify the application fee. As a result, there is no direct financial impact associated with the adoption of this proposed ordinance.
CEQA:
The Finance Director has determined that the recommended actions described in this agenda report are not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
