DISCUSSION:
This proclamation was requested by City of Napa Utilities Director Joy Eldredge, and with members of the Water Department, will be accepting.
In addition, the Utilities Department water staff won two awards at the California-Nevada American WaterWorks Association (AWWA) Conference and will be presented with the awards by CA-NV AWWA representatives at this City Council meeting.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.

The City Clerk has determined that the recommended action described in this agenda report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
