Review the Draft FY 2024/25 Measure G Annual Report and Approve for Distribution

DISCUSSION:
As outlined in Napa Municipal Code Section 3.15.050 (Committee Duties), the Committee is specifically required to review and report on the financial audits of the Measure G retail transactions and use tax revenues and expenditures.
At the October 29, 2025 Measure G Oversight Committee meeting, Committee members reviewed a draft annual report and provided staff with feedback on the style, layout and content. The annual report is intended to provide a review of Fiscal Year 2024/25 which included one quarter (April-June 2025) of Measure G revenue receipts, as well as provide information to the public on the background of this new tax measure and future planned projects.
Today, staff will be presenting an updated draft based on prior Committee feedback and requesting final direction from the Committee for modifications prior to distribution.
