Approve the second reading and final passage, and adopt an ordinance amending Napa Municipal Code Sections 2.73.010, 2.73.020 and 2.73.050 to change the duties and name of the Bicycle and Trails Advisory Commission to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission.

DISCUSSION:
This is the Second Reading and Final Adoption of an ordinance amending Napa Municipal Code Sections 2.73.010, 2.73.020 and 2.73.050 to change the duties and name of the Bicycle and Trails Advisory Commission to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission.
The introduction and First Reading of the ordinance was held at the Regular City Council meeting on October 4, 2022. If approved the Ordinance will become effective thirty days following adoption.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
There are no direct costs related to the adoption of the proposed Ordinance.
CEQA:
At their regular meeting on October 4, 2022, City Council determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
