DISCUSSION:
In 1987, the United States Congress declared March as Women’s History Month. This Proclamation will recognize the importance of Women’s History Month.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.

None.

The City Clerk has determined that the recommended action described in this agenda report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).
