This proclamation will be accepted by the Board President of the Napa County Hispanic Network, Cathy Gillis and Vice President, Maria Villagomez.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
