Receive an informational presentation regarding an overview of the Training and Development initiatives from the Human Resources Department.

DISCUSSION:
As part of a monthly “Spotlight” series, the Human Resources Department will present an overview of the recent initiatives regarding Training and Development for all City employees. As part of the presentation, staff will be sharing information related to the Manager & Supervisor Academies, Employee Development Series, DEI Year 3, CalPERS 101 Trainings, and much more. In addition to the Council Spotlight, a recruitment update will also be presented to Council.

This is an informational update and there are no financial impacts at this time.

The Human Resources Director has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
