Authorize the Interim Community Development Director to execute a refund of $4,796.40 to the Stanly Ranch Residential project.

DISCUSSION:
The Stanly Ranch residential project at 1201 Stanly Lane paid Affordable Housing Impact fees on 08/08/2024 with check# 1614 on permit number B1912-0237. This single-family home project is not moving forward, and the applicant is seeking a refund.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
There is no financial impact. The recommended action would only refund fees that have been paid by the Stanely Ranch project in FY25.
CEQA:
The Community Development Director has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
