This proclamation was requested by NEWS Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Services. Tracy Lamb, Executive Director of NEWS, will be present to accept the proclamation.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
