DISCUSSION:
This is the second reading and final adoption of an ordinance amending Napa Municipal Code Chapter 2.89 Emergency and Disaster Preparedness.
The introduction and first reading of the ordinance was held at the Regular City Council meeting on June 2, 2026. If approved the ordinance will become effective thirty days following adoption.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
No direct fiscal impact.
CEQA:
The Fire Chief has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Staff Report is not subject to CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060.
