This proclamation was requested by the City of Napa’s Parks and Recreation Director, Breyana Brandt who will be present, along with her staff, to accept the proclamation
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
