This proclamation was requested by Councilmember Bernie Narvaez of the City of Napa City Council, District 4 and will be accepted by Ricardo Navarro of the Grape Town Car Club.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
