DISCUSSION:

During the City Council Meeting on February 1, 2022, City Council requested a presentation on the condition of the City-owned buildings at a future meeting.  Condition assessments have previously been conducted for City-owned buildings.  The presentation will provide information from the previous inspections and documentation completed as part of the prior assessment work. 

 

This work was completed to identify the condition of the City-owned buildings, identify necessary repairs and system replacements, and identify preliminary cost estimates to address deficiencies.  The presentation will provide an overview of the condition of City-owned buildings and report on the estimated costs for repairs and maintenance.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACTS:

This report is for informational purposes only; there are no financial impacts or appropriations necessary.

 

CEQA:

The Public Works Director has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
