Recommendation
Receive informational presentations from the Parks, Recreation and Trees Advisory Commission, the Public Art Steering Committee, the Senior Advisory Commission and the Napa County Mosquito Abatement District regarding their membership, work plans, recent accomplishments and current initiatives.

DISCUSSION:
As part of the City's ongoing effort to provide the City Council with regular updates on the work of its Boards, Committees, and Commissions, staff has developed a schedule for periodic presentations throughout the year.
At the July 21, 2026 meeting, City Council will receive brief presentations from the following:
• Parks, Recreation and Trees Advisory Commission
• Public Art Steering Committee
• Senior Advisory Commission
• Napa County Mosquito Abatement District
Staff will lead a brief presentation on the identified work plans for the coming year, share recent accomplishments, and identify any significant items that are under discussion. Chairs or Vice-Chairs of each committee will be invited to provide brief comments to Council as well. These presentations are intended to keep the City Council informed of each advisory body's work and provide an opportunity for Council to ask questions and offer feedback.
