This proclamation was requested by Mentis, Napa’s Center for Mental Health Services. Mecaela Meerholz, Director of Operations, will be present to accept the proclamation.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
