Recommendation

 

Reconfirm the appointments of Authority Member Painter as Chair and Authority Member Narvaez as Vice Chair of the Public Financing Authority of the Napa Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District until such time as the Authority membership changes.

DISCUSSION:

Authority Member Painter and Authority Member Narvaez were appointed as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively, at the previous meeting held on June 4, 2024. Since the Authority meets infrequently-typically only once or twice a year-staff recommends reconfirming these appointments simply to maintain consistency.

 

Unless there is a change in board membership, continuing with the current Chair and Vice Chair helps streamline preparation and keeps things simple for the board's limited schedule.

None.
