This proclamation was requested by the City of Napa Parks and Recreation Department. John Coates, Director of Parks and Recreation Department, Dave Perazzo, Parks Urban Forestry Manager, and Parks, Recreation and Trees Advisory Commissioners Chris Sauer and Kevin Hansen will be present to accept the proclamation.
