Authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment #6 to C2014 079 with Municipal Resources Group, LLC, (MRG), in an amount not to exceed $25,000, to provide Human Resources Consulting Services through current fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.

DISCUSSION:
The City executed an agreement with Municipal Resources Group, LLC, (MRG) in January 2014 to provide Human Resources Consulting Services and this agreement will expire at the end of the current fiscal year on June 30, 2017.
Due to outstanding invoices in light of increased need for investigative services prior to the contract ending on June 30, 2017, the City needs to amend the contract amount beyond its current amount of $125,000, adding $25,000 (for a total contract amount of $150,000) to enable payment for services rendered and/or anticipated prior to the contract expiring.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
Not-to-exceed amount of $25,000.
CEQA:
The City Manager has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
