DISCUSSION:
This is the Second Reading and Final Adoption of an ordinance amending Napa Municipal Code Section 2.08.090 regarding the designation of appointive officer employees in the City Manager’s Office. The introduction and First Reading was held at the Regular City Council meeting on December 19, 2017. If approved, the Ordinance will be effective thirty days following adoption.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
No direct financial impacts to the City have been identified.
CEQA:
At their regular meeting on December 19, 2017, City Council determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
