Authorize the Finance Director to execute a three (3) year Enterprise License Agreement with ESRI for Small Municipal and County GIS (Geographical Information System) services for an amount not-to-exceed $150,000.

DISCUSSION:
The ESRI Small Municipal and County Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for GIS (Geographical Information System) is a three (3) year agreement for continued access of the ESRI software on an unlimited basis.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
Funding for the cost of this contract is available in the Finance Information Technology Professional Service Budget: 41610 (IT Admin) -53201 (Professional Services).
CEQA:
The Information Technology Manager has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060 (c).
