DISCUSSION:

Three Girl Scouts from Troops 20050 and 20056, Marianne Homer, Isabela Tibbits and Donna Roscoe earned the Gold Award on May 20, 2018. The Gold Award is the highest achievement within the Girl Scouts. It is the most difficult to attain, with a seven-step service project requirement. Marianne’s service project was on water conservation; Isabela’s service project was a “Peace Path” to help students resolve conflicts; and Donna’s service project was with Samaritan Family Center’s Emergency Family Rooms. All three Girl Scouts will be present to receive recognition from the Mayor and Council on their achievements.
