Recommendation
Authorize the Finance Director to execute a three (3) year Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement with CDW Government, LLC., for a total cost not to exceed $750,000.

DISCUSSION:
The CDW Government, LLC Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) provides the City of Napa the best value to buy Microsoft cloud services and software licenses under one agreement. The first annual payment will be $206,219.50 and includes software licensing for all current operating systems, databases, and Office Productivity Suite for 545 users with a total agreement cost of $618,658.50 over the course of three years. Over the life of the agreement additional software licenses may be required to meet the changing technology needs for the City of Napa. This may occur through the addition of users and/or the addition of new technology systems. If additional users or systems are added over the life of the agreement the total agreement cost will not exceed $750,000.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
Funding for the cost of this contract is available in the Finance Information Technology Professional Service Budget: 41610 (IT Admin) 53201 (Professional Services) over the course of three (3) years; FY18/19, FY19/20, FY20/21.
CEQA:
The Finance Director has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060 (c).
