Present a Certificate of Recognition to Harvest Middle School student, Vivian Barrett, to recognize her prompt action in reporting a collapsed and dangerous sidewalk on Browns Valley Road

DISCUSSION:
City Council would like to recognize Miss Barrett for demonstrating thoughtfulness for the safety of our community by promptly taking the initiative to contact the City to report the problem.
