2020 Amended City Council Calendar

Recommendation
Adopt a resolution establishing the amended 2020 City Council Calendar by approving the addition of the regular meeting of the City Council on June 23, 2020.

DISCUSSION:
On November 5, 2019, the City Council adopted Resolution R2019-117, which outlined the City Council meeting calendar for the year 2020 including the cancellation of the meetings of January 7, 2020, July 7, 2020 and November 4, 2020, and established the next regular meetings for January 21, 2020, July 21, 2020, and November 17, 2020.
On March 3, 2020, the City Council adopted Resolution R2020-027 which approved the addition of the regular meeting of the City Council on March 31, 2020.
On April 21, 2020, the City Council adopted Resolution R2020-047, which approved the addition of the regular meeting of the City Council on April 28, 2020.
City Charter Section 60 and Napa Municipal Code Section 2.04.050 state regular meetings of the City Council are set for the first and third Tuesday of every month, unless modified by resolution of City Council. Staff has prepared a resolution for Council approval which includes the addition of a regular meeting of June 23, 2020 to the proposed calendar.
Staff requests adoption of the resolution, to implement the amended 2020 City Council Calendar as presented, or direction to staff as to the City Council’s desired revisions.

None.
CEQA:
The City Clerk has determined that the recommended action described in this agenda report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
