Recommendation
Approve the City of Napa response to the 2019-2020 Napa County Grand Jury Final Report on Review of Responses to the 2018-2019 Grand Jury Reports, and direct the City Manager to submit the response on behalf of the City Council to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court.

DISCUSSION:
On May 25, 2020, the 2019-2020 Napa County Grand Jury submitted the Final Report on Review of Responses to the 2018-2019 Grand Jury Reports as set forth in Attachment 2. Staff has carefully reviewed the Grand Jury’s findings and prepared the proposed City responses as presented in Attachment 1. The responses contained in Attachment 1 are provided as required and in accordance with section 933(c) of the California Penal Code.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
There are no financial impacts associated with this item.
CEQA:
The Utilities Director has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c).
