Staff will provide a presentation at the City Council meeting intended to provide information on the following:
• Regulation related to objects placed on sidewalks in front of reproductive health care facilities such as Planned Parenthood
• Ongoing and open communication to ensure concerns are properly addressed under current law.

This report is for informational purposes only; there are no financial impacts or appropriations necessary.
