DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the presentation is to provide an update on the Napa Police Department Use of Force Policy and My Brother’s Keeper. The presentation will address next steps and plans for Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) reporting and use of force reporting utilizing Racial and Identity Profiling Act (RIPA) Stop Data and Mark 43 Records Management System. Information on the formation of a community advisory committee will also be presented.
