Receive a presentation from “Napa Climate Now!” regarding budget conscious climate actions.

DISCUSSION:

“Napa Climate NOW!” is the Napa chapter of 350 Bay Area, a non-profit organization which advocates for a transition to clean energy, reducing emissions of highly potent climate pollutants, restoring natural climate systems, safeguarding waterways, and preventing harm due to climate change.

Today’s presentation will focus on budget conscious climate actions that the City of Napa may consider for implementation. These include actions that reduce emissions, restore carbon sequestration, and improve community resiliency.
