Recommendation
Authorize the Finance Director to execute a three (3) year Enterprise License Agreement with ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.) for Small Municipal and County GIS (Geographical Information System) services for an amount not-to-exceed $165,000.

DISCUSSION:
The ESRI Small Enterprise Agreement County and Municipality Government license agreement for GIS (Geographical Information System) is a three (3) year agreement for continued access of the ESRI software on an unlimited basis.
FINANCIAL IMPACTS:
Funding for the cost of this contract is available in the Finance Information Technology Admin Budget: 41610 (IT Admin)-55003 (Software Subscriptions). Staff will ensure the cost of this contract is budgeted in future fiscal years.
CEQA:
The Information Technology Manager has determined that the Recommended Action described in this Agenda Report is not subject to CEQA, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060 (c).
