Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to City Agreement number C2020-217 with Du-All Safety, LLC for environmental health and safety services including safety inspections, chemical safety, written safety programs, and training, in an amount not to exceed $350,000, for a total contract amount of up to $475,000.
