This proclamation was requested by NEWS, Napa’s Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Services, and will be accepted by a representative of NEWS.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
