Proclaim May as National Bike Month and May 16th as Bike to Work and School Day.

DISCUSSION:
This proclamation was requested by the Napa County Bicycle Coalition and supported by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission to encourage Napa residents to participate in National Bike Month events.
Kara Vernor, Executive Director of the Napa County Bicycle Coalition, will accept the proclamation.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
