A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority  
of the City of Napa was called on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. to be  
held at City Hall Council Chambers, 955 School Street, Napa, California, for  
the purpose identified on the Agenda. The Special Meeting was called in  
accordance with California Government Code Section 54956.

Approved the June 3, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes of the Housing  
Authority Board.

Housing Authority of the City of Napa FY 2025/26 and  
2026/27 Budget Adoption  
Chairperson Sedgley opened the hearing.  
Housing Manager Stephanie Gaul provided the staff report.  
Chairperson Sedgley called for disclosures; there were none.  
Chairperson Sedgley called for public comment; there were no  
requests from the public to speak. He closed public testimony.  
A motion was made by Board Member Moore, seconded by Board  
Member Hamilton, to adopt resolution HA2025-004 approving and  
adopting the FY 2025/26 and 2026/27 Budget.
