This proclamation was requested by Lorien E. Clark, Senior Transportation Planner of the City of Napa.
Kara Vernor, Executive Director of the Napa County Bicycle Coalition, will accept the proclamation.
This proclamation complies with the Ceremonial Documents Policy (Resolution R2023-101), adopted by Council on October 3, 2023.
